Beralih ke persaingan depan, pole position Celestino Vietti kembali berhasil merebut posisinya usai sempat dikudeta oleh Aron Canet pada dua lap awal.

Tersisa 10 lap terakhir, Vietti yang merupakan merupakan murid Valentino Rossi itu masih memimpin di depan dengan gap 0,6 detik.

Kemudian diikuti Alonso Lopez dan Aron Canet pada posisi kedua dan ketiga.

Adapun Somkiat Chantra berhasil naik satu tingkat setelah berhasil menembus posisi 10 besar.

Jelang akhir-akhir balapan, Vietti kembali memperlebar keunggulannya menjadi di atas 1 detik.

Tak ada perubahan posisi tiga besar hingga balapan berakhir, Vietti memenangkan balapan untuk pertama kalinya pada musim ini.

Kemudian posisi kedua dan ketiga ditempati Alonso Lopez dan Aron Canet.
