Kunci Jawaban

1.  I've been following tips on doing activities that I enjoy.

By doing activities that I enjoy, I can forget for a moment the things that weigh on my mind.

After doing these activities I can also think more clearly in finding solutions to problems.

2. I want to try to talk to someone I trust.

Not only what I believe in but also the one who can provide a solution to my problem.

3. I've tried to always eat breakfast and never miss it.

In addition to maintaining my weight, it also makes me go through the day with more enthusiasm.

4. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables can help you lose weight.

This is because of the high fiber content in both types of food.

5.  By losing weight, a person will maintain an ideal body weight so that it can reduce the risk of disease caused by obesity or fat that accumulates in the organs
