2. How many participants are required to attend the event?

3. Do you want to attract a local or international audience? How will you do that?

4. Which values are you promoting? Is the goal purely sports­related or do you support a good cause?

b. Choose a suitable venue.

1. Accessibility: Does the venue have enough parking space to hold many vehicles? Is it easily accessible by public transport?

2. Capacity: Is there enough room to accommodate your target attendance, including your team, the participants, and the supporters?

3. Available equipment: How many toilets? How many ields? How is the space for the audience? Think of the comfort of both your participants and supporters.

c. Think about the budget

Think about your needs and your budget resources. You may obtain grants, inancial support from sponsors, or income from ticket sales and other related products.

1. This sports event is held to increase the cooperation and intimacy of the students.

Not only students in one class but also other classes and even with upperclassmen or underclassmen.

2. The participants needed will be around 2 to 3 representatives from each class.

That way, the participants who took part were around 60-70 students in all sports.

3. I will try to attract a local audience not only from our school.

This can be done by combining sports festivals with art festivals.

We can also combine it with a food and drink bazaar that the general public from other schools can participate in.

4. The main goal is exercise. However, sport cannot be separated from competition, friendship, and also sportsmanship.

Therefore the sporting events that are carried out can incorporate these elements into it.

5. The schedule can be in the form of matches for each sport carried out in the afternoon to evening for one week in a row.

2. Peserta yang dibutuhkan akan sekitar 2 hingga 3 perwakilan dari masing-masing kelas.

Dengan begitu, peserta yang mengikuti sekitar 60-70 mahasiswa di semua cabang olahraga.

3. Saya akan mencoba menarik audiens lokal tidak hanya dari sekolah kami.

Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggabungkan festival olahraga dengan festival seni.

Kita juga bisa menggabungkannya dengan bazar makanan dan minuman yang bisa diikuti oleh masyarakat umum dari sekolah lain.

4. Tujuan utamanya adalah olahraga. Namun, olahraga tidak lepas dari kompetisi, persahabatan, dan juga sportivitas.

Oleh karena itu acara olahraga yang dilaksanakan dapat memasukkan unsur-unsur tersebut ke dalamnya.

5. Jadwal dapat berupa pertandingan untuk setiap cabang olahraga yang dilaksanakan pada sore hingga malam hari selama satu minggu berturut-turut.
